Frizzantin (st. 0,75 l)

We transformed our Malvasia into sparkling wine using the charmat method. We gave it a name frizzanitn because it is a playful and bubble-filled wine. A refreshing aperitive that goes well with oysters, cold fish marinades and carpaccio. It also goes well with fried and grilled seafood.
